By downloading, installing, or using Let It Loop ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Google Sign-In

The App uses Google Sign-In for authentication. By signing in, you:

• Confirm you have a valid Google account
• Authorize us to access your basic profile information
• Agree to Google's Terms of Service

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the App for:

• Legitimate business automation workflows

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use the App to:

• Process illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive documents

• Violate intellectual property rights or privacy laws
• Engage in identity theft or fraud
• Circumvent security measures or access controls
• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Credits and Payments

5.1 Credit System

• The App uses a credit-based system for AI extractions
• Credits can be purchased through in-app purchases
• Unused credits do not expire while your account is active

5.2 Refund Policy

• Credit purchases are generally non-refundable
• Refund requests for technical issues will be reviewed case-by-case
• Refunds follow Google Play Store policies

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Existing purchased credits remain valid at their original value.

6. Intellectual Property

Let It Loop and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Rights

You retain ownership of:

• Documents you process through the App
• Templates you create
• Extracted data from your documents

6.3 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal and commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

• Google AI (Gemini): Subject to Google's Terms of Service
• Firebase: Subject to Google Cloud Terms
• Razorpay: Subject to Razorpay's Terms
• Google Sheets: Subject to Google's Terms

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 "As Is" Basis

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or reliability of extraction results
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

8.2 AI Limitations

AI-powered features may not always produce accurate results. You should always verify extracted data for critical applications.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from inaccurate extractions
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the App settings.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity (with notice)
• At our sole discretion with reasonable notice

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the App will be revoked
• Unused credits will be forfeited
• Your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes through:

• Email notification
• Updated effective date

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, please stop using the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
